Q. How much notice do I need to give to order a skip with Rebel Skip Hire?
A. Where possible we advise to allow 24 to 48 hours to order your skip with Rebel Skip Hire.
Q. How long can I keep the skip for from Rebel Skip Hire?
A. We leave a skip with you for 7 days, after the 7 days are up you will be added to the collection list and we will be with you to remove the skip as soon as we possibly can after this which may take a further 7 working days. If you require your skip to be removed before the 7 days are up please let us know at time of order or please contact us and we will try our best to accommodate your needs. Also if you require the skip for longer than 7 days please advise us of same and we will do our best to accommodate you (please note extra charges may apply for skip hire longer than one week)
Q. What can I put in a skip I order from Rebel Skip Hire?
A. We accept general waste, inert waste, wood, metal, plastics, rubbish, vegetation and builders waste. Due to weight restrictions, heavy waste can not be placed in the larger skips (14 yards and over). (Inert Waste includes the following waste: bricks, tiles, concrete, ceramics, soil, clays, sub-soil, top-soil.
Q. Is there anything I cannot put in the skip from Rebel Skip Hire?
A. Please note we do not accept any hazardous waste, including batteries, lightbulbs and full or empty paint tins (for more information on disposing of hazardous waste please contact your local Council) No asbestos is accepted in skips. No food waste is accepted in skips. No electrical items are accepted in skips (for more information on disposing of electrical items please speak to your local electrical retailer)
Q. How much can I put into the skip from Rebel Skip Hire? (can I over fill the skip)
A. Please be advised the load in the skip must be level with the side of the skip. Skips cannot be overfilled. (Over full skips will not be removed, load will need to be levelled off for removal)
Q. When do I pay for my skip when I order it from Rebel Skip Hire?
A. Payment is required over the phone with a card when you order your skip from Rebel Skip Hire or by giving cash to the driver when your Rebel Skip Hire skip is delivered.
Q. Will a Rebel Skip Hire skip fit into my driveway?
A. Rebel Skip Hire skips will fit on most average driveways, if you are unsure if our skip will fit please call us and we will be happy to help. (Please be advised to allow for truck gate way needs to be 9 foot wide)
Q. What time will my skip be delivered by Rebel Skip HIre?
A. Your skip will be delivered between 8am and 6pm. If you wish we can request the driver to contact you when he is on the way with your skip. Sometimes we will be able to narrow times to morning, afternoon or evening but this is not always possible.
